Curbside Pick-Ups
After you collect your luggage call us and your car will be sent to your terminal. We are experts at curbside pick-up.
Airport Delays or Flight Changes
If your flight is cancelled, diverted or delayed, please contact Premier Limousine to discuss changes to your pick up. We personally check various transportation websites but it's important we connect with you. This helps determine the best time for your curbside pick-up. There’s no need to worry if you are running a little late. Once you arrive, Premier Limousine gives the first hour of waiting time at no cost.
Missing Drivers
If you do not see your driver, call A Premier Limousine immediately and we will contact the driver for you. If we cannot find you, and do not hear from you after 90 minutes of your flight arrival, we will release the driver from your destination and you will be charged for the time.
